I think it's Corel Painter because the image of that pen he's using is definitely not Photoshop and it's not Illustrator. I'm not familiar with the look of that pen so it's gotta be Corel either way it's AWESOME!

My only concern is if he can go all the way from initial sketch, to final, paneled and texted artwork with Corel Paint.

There's another great drawing program by Alias, called "Sketchbook Pro". It's at the autodesk website.

Yeah, it's Corel Painter. It would have been easier to tell, had he shown the surrounding window.
