  • Hey Man , very nice . Can you still go in the tank with your hands or will they try to bite you=

    Greats,

    Erik

  • @AweSomo84 i have to be bold and intimidate them or they may bite me. if they are nesting a bite is guaranteed. ive since bought a mag float magnetic glass cleaner, so i nolonger have to get my hands wet. they seem to hate that mag float lol... they definatly bite it.

  • @SpAwNTRiAD aah oke man , the fish are very intelligent , and they are still little in my tank , i think i need to do some training with them ,... i still want to enter with my plastic card to clean the glass ,.. i found out that magnetic cleaners wear down and th hairs get squared and scratch the glass :S . So i only use a plastic card from now on. Oo and don't forget to take the magnatic cleaner out with all that collected junk :).

    Take care m8

  • @AweSomo84 lol.... i dont intend to wear them out lol. and yeah, i clean them after use. i dont leave them in the tank! :) regarding your lil fish... they will be 14 inch monsters like mine quicker than you think!

  • @SpAwNTRiAD Hehehe i just cleaned them with some metal and i found out that it made scratches :S, just be carefull i really prefer a plastic card like a credit card, much quicker and never scratches the glass,. Hehehe yeah man I know that they grow fast . Thank god that they arn;t in a small tank.

    Peace,

    Erik

  • good to hear that.

I guess you meant 2 years .lol

    Glad the tank is staying.

i had my 90Gl sprung a leak and had to set up a new tank in emergency mode.

I was planning to replace the 90 with a 55, and it was waiting for me when the other one started to leak.

But now all had to be done in a day, but things turned out fine!

  • @SpAwNTRiAD oldest O is over 2 years i meant lol

  • @noddy176 well the oldest O... is over 2", they have bred once, and the mated pair will stay together. that is mandatory. the other 3 i would let go individually if nessisary lol. ironically it doesnt leak, i located the source, it was water that had condensated on the glass lid and dripped down a crack in the top border's corner where the 2 pieces met and formed the seam... so its all good. i have no reason to part with it now lol.... its going to sit like it is!

  • that's sad that you gonna give that one up. But i know your situation, so i understand.

Will the fish go with it?

They are a very gentle and layed down combo, that should be kept that way if possible!

How old is the oldest O in there?
