I don't like the bear explanation. To me these look much more like the tracks of one or more unshod horses, travelling in the opposite direction than what the people in the video assume. That is, the "heel" is actually the front of the hoof, and the raised "toes" area is actually the sand displaced toward the rear of the track by the animal's travel in the opposite direction. I've seen horse tracks on the beach a fair amount, and these look pretty close to that.

looks like something heavy by how deep it is next time carry a ruler with you and you can  measure depth i think good try to anyway

I've seen a lot of Bear prints, that's what they look like. The stride is short because the bear was just looking around. They saunter about with their noses up looking for food.
