Ahh, remember the good old days, when short people were always portrayed as villans.

And I have to disagree with Mr Bear, she didn't look ugly at all, In fact, the kinder she becomes, the more ugly she becomes, until by the tales end, she is indeed once more a full on plastic princess. It's shocking !

Fun, enthralling tv fantasy from days gone by. In the way that only Eastern Europeans seemed to manage it.

I don't know about you but this giant goldfish and the dwarf scared me silly watching this as a kid. The BBC put loads of these dubbed European tv shows on in the mid 70's.

hahahahaha I remember this as a toddler, used to scare me shitless, esp the little fella. I can't recall hardly any specifics about it and have no idea what it was about really but know i loved it altho it'd give me nightmares

When I was about 4 my mum showed me this, when Mr Bear first appeared I got absolutely terrified. I thought now that i was older i would feel different but still seeing that bear really strikes a chord somewhere...

I'm 50 now and I still hate that dwarf. Although if I seen him on street I'd throw a stick at him and run away. He's soooo bloody scary..!!
