Castro niece champions gay rights in New York
The daughter of Raul Castro, Cuba's president, is taking her long standing fight for gay rights to the people of the US.
Mariela Castro, the niece of Fidel Castro, has been speaking in New York about the persecution of gay and lesbian people. But for her critics say they want the political rights of all Cubans to be championed by the country's elite.
