I stayed there last year and would recomend this hotel to anybody. It's in a great area near Union Square and is good value for money

We stayed at this great little hotel only last week. It was situated in a great, buzzing neighbourhood which felt very safe. We ate our evening meals at that restaurant to the left. Would definitely go back there even though all but a few of their rooms have shared bathrooms. It was a spotless hotel with very nice staff. We intend to return there later this year.

Yes I have stayed there two times. I love the area and I term it my home away from home when I am in NYC. I love eating at the Sunrise Diner not far from there, great breakfast at a great price.
