hahaha. this woman has completely no understanding of language/linguistics. too bad she is actually very typical of most people, in that they feel that because they speak a/many language(s), they automatically have specialist knowledge in language-related topics, such as grammar, language history, language ideology, sociolinguistics, language planning, etc.
