Anytime we are in a situation where out goals and someone else's goals may differ, it is a negotiation situation. Many of us feel anxious when we negotiate - we don't want to be dissatisfied with the outcome. Being skilled in negotiation has become one of the most critical skills we need to be satisfied in our lives - both professionally and personally.

In this workshop we will cover the basic elements of negotiations, how to move the other party, "Bargaining with the Devil," and measuring outcomes. Short lectures, role playing, and simulations: we will provide a number of situations for students to develop their skills.
