Oxtail is no longer the cheap cut of meat that it used to be but it really is worth trying this method of cooking it.
Like many similar cuts of meat oxtail needs long slow cooking and Mr D's Thermal Slow Cooker is the ideal way to do this.

  • Hi,

I used Chinese rice wine when I made it but why not try the Pearl River Bridge if you have it. Let us know how you get on.

    Mr D

  • Always wash the rice before cooking rinse the rice until the cloudy water goes clear.
