@toweringQ2FL400 The evilness of limited liability corporations is greatly over estimated. Limited liability comes into play very rarely, it really doesn't make that much of a difference. It probably shouldn't exist but it's not the root of a whole lot of problems either.
And how exactly did Corzine get an ill begotten 1.2 billion? I'm sure that at least some of his fortune must have been earned fairly and I'm not sure what, exactly, he did that robbed people of that specific amount.
If we could also get rid of the government created monstosity of the limited liability corporation and make the likes of Corzine cough up the missing 1.2 billion out of his personal fortune, we'd be much closer to an honest society. No government, know justice.
