Great info! The talking head thing kind of wears me out: there should be some visual aids. These could include lists or pictures or something other than just her face to look at. The setting may be clean, but it is visually boring or maybe mesmerizing. I give it an A+ for content argument, but a B- for non-rational elements of the communication. It was like plain steamed broccoli.
