@benardox the same way ...you're human so you have two legs and two arms (usually)... ;-)

you can wear it at your waist or your arm or your ankle. Men tend not to use them as often on the thigh or calf, but you could if you put them there, too, if you were wearing long shorts or loose pants (if you desired).
