INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1 Large Cos Lettuce (leaves roughly torn)
Crusty Bread (diced into cubes)
Spray Oil
4 Slices of Shortcut Rindless Bacon (diced)
1 Boiled Egg (diced)
1/2 Cup of Whole Egg Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Crushed Garlic (about 1 clove)
Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to garnish)
2 Anchovy Fillets (chopped) -OPTIONAL-


Preparation Time: About 15 mins


SERVES 4

I am sorry to say but I'm no vegan so no offence to those who love salad but 'm just hoping for more recipes...please don't judge me but the only veggies I eat are my mom's Vegetable soup.So please make a video that...*gulp* not too healthy <:)
