These are Shihu tribesmen of northern Oman. Unlike other Omanis who traditionally carry a large curved dagger (Khanjar), the Shihu carry the Jerz. The Jerz is a walking stick topped by a small steel "tomahawk" style axe head. You can see several of them in the video.

The area where the Shihu live is hard to reach and to this day their origins remain somewhat of a mystery.

ok so here is the explanation for what they were saying i actually asked someone who understand their tradition and it is pretty nasty..

this is an after marriage ceremony of some Saudi's tribe where the men would be waiting outside the tent waiting until the marriage has been consummated so they can see a proof on whether the women was as maid or not .

and i quote what they were saying which is:" oudkhol" which literally mean enter her ...
