good brief explanation. only confusing part was when you say that Audio Skimming, etc. should be "checked off." i thought you meant that they should be "turned off" but i realized you actually meant "checked on."

@DirtRacerProductions You would have to take parts of your clip from your clips library at the bottom of iMovie and cut parts of the clip in and drag them into the movie. Then skip about a second and a half or so and cut another part of the movie out and drag it into the movie. Make sure that there is no transition between the clips so they switch to the other clips fast. Repeat this for as many beats as you would like in the movie.
