I'm a nagisa fan but I don't think so. kotomi is too shy and she cannot express her feeling more and more.
though nagisa is also kind girl, she is not quiet girl and different type as kotomi. nagisa can express her feeling often. kyou also expresses her feeling straightly as you know, so I like kyou than kotomi.
