Health cuts for vulnerable people? Like Octo Mom? THis state paid Octo mom to go have fertility treatments so she could have 8 kids. Then they pay her welfare so she can support them. People like Sally Lieber are the problem

she definitely had some good points. i wasn't aware that california was going through a budget crisis...but then again we are in a recession so isn't every state pretty much on it's last coin?
