I always preferred the nine o clock news theme music. So dramatic, unlike that "life support machine" crap we have now.

Very few videos of this style title on YouTube compared to other styles - I know this one has its fans but the one that preceeded this is the one that sticks out for me. All BBC News themes were over dramatic but this one started the path to plain sillyness (IMHO)

Wow good too see the BBC One Clock at 0:00 into the BBC Six 0 Clock News also good too see the BBC Six 0 Clock News titles at 0:04 amazing it brings back so many memories can't believe this is from 1997 nearly 13 years ago since the bbc news titles looked like this also it is good too see martyn lewis at 0:17 amazing if anything this bbc six 0 clock news is a real classic and it brings back so many memories from lots and lots off years ago i remember these bbc news titles from anywere thank you

Funny how everything but the presenters themselves was computer generated. Even the desk and the rays of light from the spotlights in the cieling. (Otherwise the studio would have had to be very dusty in order for those rays to show like that.)
