@nashmedina how do you get the proper amount of protein? are you getting 160 grams of protein a day? I've been curious if the weight to protein ratio was necessary. You're a beast...I hope to get to your level some day.

@SFNevermorre A good stretch is always the still leg toe touch. For a deeper stretch , hang on to something with some weight and bring it down like a stiff-legged dead-lift and hold the bottom position for a few seconds.
