I absolutely LOVE this thing!!!!! It has made a huge difference in my upper back pain. I take the large Acuball heat it in the microwave for 60 seconds then lie right where it hurts and though it feels tender initially - it soon eases off and the within 5 minutes I'm in heaven! Honestly I don't know what I'd do without this thing - it's that good!

I have a back pain nearly from 2 years i think in the scapula area and i had exercise nearly from 1 year ago but no results i still have a pain :(
