One of the many strength & conditioning trainings I do to supplement my regular brazilian jiu-jitsu training. This time I used a homemade Bulgarian bag (18 kilos = about 40 pounds) which you can make by yourself by going here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=il8rU0H-9ps and I hung my gi on a chin up bar to work my grip and lats.
I did 3 sets of 9 exercises in 4 minutes with 1 minute rest in between. For a total workout time of 15 mins.

  • @eastnygoon138 sounds a little like your hatin.

  • watah fuuuuuuuukkkkkkkknnnnnnn joke

  • I am sure that when you did the "shoulder throws" you were not really focusing when doing it from your left shoulder.. is it just me? generally speaking you are ok. btw what did you use to get your bag to 18kilos, a bit of metal???

  • Where are Bulgarian Bags sold at, and how much are they?

  • Good stuff- yet more evidence that good training is only as far away as your imagination and the simplest things do the best- with results.

  • sick workout

  • this is great

  • Keep this up and you will be a baaaaaaaaaad fighter.

do you train with friends too? because if you Grapple your going to need some Sparring partners.

  • A strained face is a happy face.

  • Just another guy who "created" a workout by doing a bunch of random, hard looking movement and linked them together with little rest.

Squat, deadlift, put weight overhead and do pullups... then get on the mat 2 hours a day. There ya go, best advice given on youtube
