When the concept of buying a phone in a store and plugging it replaced renting it from your local Bell company. The piezo electric ringer is described as 'wild'. Another bald middle aged dad in bed with the kids as they all sing the praises of a product that shows just how barely middle class they are.

  • Flip out!

  • yup bro, it is a baaad advert! weird to think we used to play with the flip phone as a toy for years didn't we. Shame dad had no idea how his idea would take off. He did predict in the late 70's that every home would have a computer tho.

  • @reymatt76 How many commercials/textbooks/whatever have you seen lately where everyone is a different race? My comment was mostly sarcastic, but...

  • @bduddy55555 Why does it matter what race the actors in the commercial were? They were playing a family and usually within a family everyone is the same race! I find it odd that they were all in the same queen sized bed together, not that they are white. What an ignorant comment.

  • @TrandomnesstwO Dont know about you but all this electronic bs has gotten old. I find myself using it less and less.. It doesn't do anything cept kill time. google maps and voice on andriod phones has finally made smartphones not shit. other than that, its whatever

  • I wasnt born before anything! What does 1995 not have? Windows 98? Ipods. Google. Youtube.

  • GTE is now Verizon. I owned GTE stock in the early 1990's.
