Journey Into YOUR Imagination

Ugh! This version of JII was the worst! Anyway, FujiFilm came to Disney with an offer to make the JII ride into a thrill ride. They knew Kodak's sponsership was almost done. Still, Kodak continued, and, to compete with FujiFilm, proposed the idea to retool JII. It opened for the Millenuim Celebration, and caused a letdown in many fans. It downplayed Figment of the Imagination and removed Dremafinder. Everyone started complaining about it and started calling it Journey Into YOUR Lack of Imagination. So, in 2001, this version was removed and replaced with the current day one.

Oh come on, this ride wasn't SO UNBEARABLY BAD. I mean, yeah it wasn't a good replacement for the original, but this version of the ride is just okay.

Nothing is a good replacement for the original. This wasn't AS bad as everyone claims it to be, but it is still terrible.

Uh there was a reason behind the Universe of Energy renovvation. Aparently, it was more on the "boring educational" side, and reportedly, some people rode it ONLY because they wanted to see the dinosaurs

i like this version.....i think figment is kind of annoying and the old one was tooooo old and much to cheesy....the new one is fine

You know it was a perfect ride just a perfect combination of fantasy, and beautiful scenery giving you a unique feel. They took all that and practicalized it. made into a warehouse with commentary. its like turning small world into a warehouse ride through where a guy gives you lectures on world relations.

why why why why did they ever change Journey Into Imagination?! i get updating the area after the ride is over, but that ride was wonderful. This is terrible. The current version of the ride isn't much better. I'll just replay the old ride in my head... I really do miss it.

I think this version is better than the one with figment now, but both suck compared to the original with dreamfinder. The new one is cheap because you're moving on your side 90% of the ride. At least on this one, they want you to look around on both sides of the track.
