@SaroMardi Hi Saro, I know of course having the original lahmajun dough is always more delicious! This recipe is for those who do not want to go through making the dough and opening it up and all. But as so many people have requested the dough recipe I have made a video for it and it will be up asap. Thanks for your comment! Mariette

Part I was great. Part II....don't know what to say, I don't recall eating it on a tortilla, ever! We need the bread part my dear.

Regardless this a lovely recipe, and the making of the dough for the lahmajun will be up shortly for all those who want to make the authentic lahmajun with the actual dough. @1armine Thank you so very much for your sweet message, and I will be posting soon the authentic way of making the dough for the lahmajun. So happy to hear all your guests loved it! My husband sometimes purchases some from the market and they tend to be so greasy and hardly with any topping. So I love making it at home! Mariette :)
