This mod video showcases some of the finer features of the Hellusion case, it also shows how the illusion works and how easily the case comes apart and goes together.

  • The 6" monitor connects via RCA, by running the 6" LCD screen at its native resolution of 640x480 everything is crystal clear... 800x600 also looks decent, but resolutions higher than that look terrible.

  • how did you use a 6" monitor? Like how is it connected is it through ide with a splitter or what?

    thanks

  • @fireninjawolf The 6" monitor is normally for use in the headrest of a car, it is connected via RCA to the mainboard. I have also connected this type of monitor to video cards with S-video by using an adapter.

  • Hi!

I still like this mod! It inspired me to build an illusion case myself. There is still loads of work to do, but there is progress.

I want to thank you for the inspiration and the information on your site.

    Keep up the good work

  • Thanks and you're welcome.

I would really like to see your project, if it isn't posted online anywhere please email me pictures.

Good luck with your build and happy modding.

  • very nice machine and clever design but where is the power supply??

  • Thanks. The PSU is a PW200M, it's really small and attached directly to the mother board.
