Originally released in November 1947, and was indeed "Little Audrey's" screen debut. At the time, Famous Studios- and Paramount- were unwilling to renew "Marge's" [Marjorie Henderson Buell] licensing agreement for them to produce the "Little Lulu" series; it was cheaper, they figured, to create their own "little girl" character- which they did. However, Audrey's first starring "Noveltoon" wouldn't be released until July 1948...

This looks like another DEBUT besides shown in "Olive Oyl For President" of 'Little Audrey'. :-)
