Here's the workout my buddy Chuck and I did this morning. It's a great change of pace to get out of the gym and train your cardio and strength systems all together.

This was tough- we were gassed by the end- it took about 33 minutes.

Oh, by the way, I forgot to show the "Abdominal Rowers" that we did when we got back from the 400s- watch my Core Exercises Without Equipment video, and you'll see them- nothing fancy...

It's not hard to make up your own workouts! Just remember "Consistency, Variety and Uncomfortability."

  • definitely awesome! I do a similar circuit but replace the run with 10 jumping lunges, 15 reg deep squats followed by 15 squat jumps. I can´t leave out plyometrics, so i switch between TRX and Plyo workouts. I like to focus my sprint excercises atleast 3 days a week 100 yards full blast jog back doing sets starting at 10 and decreasing the amount between minute rests, till failure. I´m trying to get up to 40 or 50 sets like some of my pro mma buddys. Super lungs here I come!

  • Nice! Really good workout.
