I get it every year in both of my ears, no tight ear molds and powerful hearing aids, no hearing at all.

@phizzd no its not wel sorta sometime this is maily used for hearing aids and i would know that because i wear them...

main use is for custom fitted headphones or in ear monitors - the headphones that isolate noise and protect musicians hearing on stage but they can still hear the sound at a safe volume :)
