I's have me a pair for ages and I think's they are fully sick; never had a bad note come out of them.

Check eBay under "Beovox": there are a range of replacement speaker rings from the Netherlands with instructions. I think I've seen a demo the application on TouTube too...

Go to Beoworld.
Buy original speaker replacements at your dealer.
Or refoam them.
