  • I wonder why B of A is only required to pay overdraft fraud from 2000 - 12/31/2007? They had to have screwed a few of us over since 2007 right?

  • definitely but its the lawyers that truly benefit from this deal. so maybe there will be another firm that does another class action for our time period.

  • First comment!

I've been ripped off over $1,000, but got it all back by bitching.

Oh by the way, I didn't close my account.

    Haha.

I know their little tricks, even though they bring up on us new ones every day.

So I figured I'll just learn a bank as much as I can instead of trying to learn a new banks scam ways. Haha.

  • Yeah, after it happened to me TWICE with BoA AND after they pulled a trick with their online credit card billing system (mysteriously losing my saved checking acct info, causing my payment to get returned & slapped with $75 in fees) I knew I HAD to cancel all business with them. I can only be a glutton for punishment for so long before I peace out!

  • .ROFL@ These greedy BASTARDS.

    go see

    Facebook: find "Wachovia = Fail"

  • Take them to small claims court everyone for the amount they charged you in Finance charges, Annual fees and NSF fees. The filing costs are usually less than 50 bucks. Once you file your bank is notified of pending suit and will call you to settle. Its cheaper for them the settle out of court then send attorneys to represent the bank.

  • There are very few jobs, and what are available do not have livable wages; banks are allowed to evict people from their homes even after those same banks were bailed out with taxpayer dollars; all this is being done with the blessing of our government. Then to create a diversion, the government raises the terrorist threat level - that should keep our minds off the economic crises for a while!

  • too bad , I just missed the dates :(

  • GREAT VIDEO A+ VIDEO

  • you're funny... good job. B of A got me too...

  • Don't you wonder why B of A didn't just pay off some government official to cover this up and give him the money?
