  • where is this place, are the coach also a contortionist

  • The training academy is located in Cape May County, NJ. Several coaches have contortion backgrounds. Many have been training the art of contortion for several years as well.

  • @ralucagymnast Had to split this, 500 character limit sucks:)Learning to breathe in these positions is really the most difficult part of it; the stretches themselves arent so tough; my daughter didnt find it tough because she was naturally very flexible. Check out my videos if you have time:) I think your students will enjoy them too:)

  • Very good way of introducing lower back stretching; sometimes kids get scared because they cant breathe when they stretch; just reminding them to keep breathing helps to dispel this fear. Plus a lot of kids will only hold the stretch for as long as they can hold their breath!
