me mate,got laptop from PC WORLD, we set it up and message pops up while registering the windows 7 that its not genuine. We took it back and they gave us refund but staff did not say sorry or apologize or anything at all.also to be honest staff in pc world/currys is so unfriendly not helpful at all. some of them theyaint got clue about products.I normally buy it now from Amazon fantastic service. Also if you not happy with product, can return within the seller return policy which is Fab.

I saw the HUKD deal and bought my BBPB from Currys instore but the box was unsealed, as I believe it was for all others who purchased from Currys instore too... still the BBPB turned out to be a great 7" tablet and kept it. Just glad I didn't order via Home Delivery! What a shambles, feel for you Dave!

It amazes me that even with my extensive knowledge of technology, i still can't get a job in any of these places (Curry's, PC world, dixons, comet etc). I guess all they care about is so called "customer service experience". Bollocks

PC World suck regardless! They don't know what goes with what because they are only trained to sell rather than having knowledge of a product! A trained monkey can do better...

Typical, they must want to save time and money by packing the product as quickly as possible and by not having to use bubble wrap. Sure couriers do damage products sometimes but if a product is packed well it should survive being moved around from warehouse to van, van to depot, depot to van and van to your house.
