Bboy Free and myself have this conversation all the time. Catching the Ghost relates to a term we use when mind, body, time, and rhythm meet at the same place instead of anticipated by folowing the rythem. when you move without even thinking you are the rythem and time and space have met. you are catching the ghost.

As it is for now, dancing out there.. I gotta be honest here. Many people seek attention and giving the audience their show. Its cool and all but.. Its not why I dance.

As far as I know, everytime I move my body, litteraly everytime I feel like I am free, like if I am leaping on the clouds on the sky high. I feel like, I feel like people around me cant feel that.

You can say it is a bit funny, because I feel it so strong. I really feel it, but people cant see it. You know?
