Is there a more efficient way to do a pushup then the kneeling pushup.
1.Ive been eating less not trying to just i started cutting back on eating as much and ive found ive been eating less without even trying
2.Ive been doing crunches and the crunches where you alternate between lifting a leg and going up and touching before bed
3.Ive been working out in weight lifting in school, yet i still cant do a normal pushup or a pullup.

If kneeling push-ups are too tough, try an incline push-up where you place your hands on a bench, step, counter top, or whatever is at an incline.
When these become easy for around 10 reps, continue lowering yourself until your hands are on the floor and you're doing normal push-ups.

@ELSwellness How long does it usually take for most people to do the normal push up from the incline trick?

@Mechanischgott It largely depends on your fitness level and weight. However, I will tell you this. Once you can do 10 Incline Push-ups, move down and try normal push-ups.
Even if you can only do 3-5, that's fine because at least you're making progress. Just keep working and keep pushing yourself every time you do the push-ups.
With my clients, I have them do normal push-ups as soon as they hit that "10" number.
