Absolute Bullshit - Battlefield 3 - Pointless Stinger

Battlefield 3 bullshit. Two stingers fired, one ECM'd off, but two straight misses...then...in the time it takes for ECM to fire and re-load a stinger doesn't even have the time to lock on...am I trippin'? Or is this some bullshit.

@ASCEND2ETERNITY No.The patch that came out on November 30 on PS3 and on December 13 on Xbox360 was Patch #2. The same Patch that came out on PC November 23rd that nerfed the stinger.

On Dec 6, PC got Patch #3 which beefed up the stinger to 2 hit kills on jets. This patch has yet to hit consoles.......if it even will hit consoles because at this point, I feel like DICE don't even care about updating the consoles.

@URsuckishATlife No, they did patch the console as well, and now they're absolutely useless, 100% useless. For all it's worth, they should just take stingers out of the game since there no point having them anymore.

There was an update that buffed up the stingers. That patch already came out on PC Dec 6 but I'm not sure when it'll come for Consoles....or if it'll even come out for consoles O.o

Battlefield 3 had so much potential, but it's only a mediocre game and a poor successor to 1942, BF2 and 2142. At least on consoles it is just not fun to play this game and even on the PC it has too many stupid design choices and many poorly designed maps. It was a failure to make a game for PC and Consoles, instead of tuning it for the different platforms. f.E. the Recon-Class, it is weak class on the PC with mouse+keyboard, but on consoles it is almost useless. Same thing with 64 player rush

these things are so shit. Dice need to get all of their workers,stand them infront of one of each type of weapon and see how fucking well they fare. then put that in the game. oh really? you're CEO can survive 5 M249 rounds to the head? really? fucking no. sort it.
