Just to show that my Free flyers know the meaning of the alarm call from different Parrot species.
And yes, Im fine for him to fly off, as he knows the environment very well and he was trained for Flying outdoors!

  • Conures - great watchbirds! My birds also pay attention when my conures make alarm calls. The conures scream a few times, and if theyre really concerned, get quiet & small and fix their eyes on it and I follow their gaze. Many times it takes me a few minutes to see the tiny speck way up high that they see. When its closer I recognize it as a bird of prey. They know flight patterns of birds of prey when just a speck! They recognize accipitor specks from other birds of prey & teach each other.
