  • people seriously! get over it how deb "loves" dexter. we are rooting for a serial killer for gods sake! the whole show is "uncomfortable" or "immoral" but thats the point! this show is still AWESOME, SO GET OVER IT

  • I just have to say that I really look forward to this development. This takes the show to whole new levels, there will be more risks and things at stake, it will be very different from the other seasons storylines And seriously fans, we are watching a tv show where the main character is a serial killer. The show highly questions morals and what's considered right, dont tell me that an adopted siblings relationship doesn't fit with that. pretty sure murder is worse than non-blood related incest.

  • @lianz89 There was an episode on it, and it proved that Dexter wasn't Harry's son. Dexter needed a blood transfusion, however Dexter has a rare blood type- one that no one in Harry's family had, so Harry had to call Dex's real dad for blood. Harry didn't tell Dex, but Dexter later found the thank you card he made after his real dad's, Joe Driscoll's, death.

  • @lianz89 No no no no no no. Everyone has gone over this a million times. Dexter's bio dad was Driscoll, confirmed by DNA test and by Dexter's sudden affinity for bowling at the beginning of season 2. :)

  • @SpamWarrior3000 No, she was just stating the patently obvious. Why someone hadn't said it before now... I have to wonder. I used to think Rita was going to say something like "Hey Deb, back off your brother, he's mine!" I think the writers and producers and actors have been clear on this point to the nth degree by now. NO, the therapist was just "observing" what in fact, Debra feels.

  • @Harleymotor They might be blood related. Harry could be his real father. Wasnt there a episode about that?

  • @SpamWarrior3000 Actually i didnt saw her planting any ideas , She only suggested it to Deb and Deb came to that realization all by herself.

  • That is a terrible therapist. A therapist is supposed to guide their patient, but she's flat-out leading Deb on and planting ideas. I almost wonder if she's going to turn out to be some kind of villain eventually.

  • @Harleymotor Very well said and put ^_^ The oxymoron of 'non-blood related incest' at the end was funny XD

  • @Zedul yeah my friend told me about this show. i never read the book. i will have to get it. thanks for telling me though.

  • @keshia1604 I am over it. You just have to remember, they strayed from the main story in the series a bit, because of the network... viewers like to see people fall in and out of relationships a lot, and I am sure the writers wanted it to be a shock and a surprise. And to be honest, it would be that obvious if you had not read the original Dexter novel that season 1 is based on, where he constantly talks about how beautiful Deb is, and they are super flirty with each other.

  • @Zedul well look i felt like you where insulting me so sorry if i said something rude. the white picket fense stuff is full of crap for anyone. but all i said was it was kind of weird to me that she like someone who was raised as her brother. then she was in love with lundy or watever his name was and that dude and this dude and blah blah blah. deb cool i have nothing against the characters that's just how i feel. so please lets just get over it.
