RG's words don't matter, as he's flip flopped on 100% of issues and promises. He's the least fiscally conservative mayor in US history, doubling NYC's debt in just 8 years to give 200% pay hikes to his cronies like Kerik and his mistress Lategano. WHY GOP voters love debt hikers such as Reagan and Bush and Rudy proves massive hypocrisy. They're all superliberals!
