3600 years ago... a major earthquake is believed to have slammed the whole of Egypt (if not the entire middle east). it's possible the same event that set those steps askew, also caused a fire to erupt.
and their records (ancient egypt's) indicate a series of similar quakes about 7000 years ago.

@fgfuyfyuiuyf wood is a good symbol item to study same as metals, they can maintain themselfs for years sometimes decades or even mileniums in the right conditions. and by studying those items we can figure out the past.

@babtothebone well, keep in mind - theres black people and theres niggers. babtothebone wasn't exactly wrong, but there are really intelligent, commendable, hard working black people. you can say the same about white people and white trash, or spics and mexicans. most races have one negative word to describe them that only describes the stereotypical failures of that race.
