OK let me explain this one more time.... a few years ago an entrepreneur comes to me with a blueprint of this ferris wheel. My job was to visualize this unbuilt thing. (I am a 3D artist and I visualize things... I do this for a money)

So nothing more, nothing less. That's it. The project is still ongoing but is partly under NDA so I can not say too much about it. I can not reveal the location where it is planned and I do not have a time schedule when construction will start...
