Motorola/Symbol Technologies wants to expand upon their product line and introduce solutions for assisted shopping. In order to understand the main issues that customers face while shopping in large retail stores, I followed five people on their shopping trips. This video highlights the main themes I identified after shopping with Virginia (teacher), Taylor and Tania (college students):
