Why would there be a BC on record in Kenya if Obama were not born there?

Is AZ being punished for its birther bill?

I find it interesting that soon after AZ passed "the birther bill" ie "any presidential candidate balloting in Az must show a long form birth certificate" The law was starting to get some national coverage, and other states were considering following suit. If 3,4 or 5 states passed this law, wouldnt that kinda threaten Obama's reelection?

Now AZ is being thrashed for immigration, and Arizona's birther bill is no longer mentioned anywhere. Red Herring?

Why would Obama spend over 1 million dollars to keep his vaulted birth certificate hidden? What was posted on the web is a "Certificate of Live Birth" which you can get in Hawaii even if your not a U.S. citizen and doesn't meet the constitutional requirements and can be issued after the birth and amended, but FactCheck fails to mention that.

After the 2008 elections, Kenya had a national holiday in honor of Obama, Only Kenya born citizens can be honored in this way.
