@HeAvY209 it wont matter. Activision has a contract with microsoft. Or did it take you 5 CoD games to figure that out. you can try for a lawsuit against sony or microsoft, oh yea thats right...the moment you installed that firmware update you can no longer do class action lawsuits. think man, activision already lost a lot of ps3 users from CoD elite mishap. Only the imbeciles that decide to buy BO2 activision will do nothing for the ps3 community.

@InevitableResistance non-premium members and non-elite members get the first pack in March starting for 360 and the in April for PS3.

And to the idiot that posted this vid. ps3 premium elite members do not have to buy elite again for the extra 3 months. the download drop starts in the month of Feb so itll end in the month of Oct. 360 members wills end in Sept. count the freakin months. Yea its unfair seeing how ps3 users but the Premium membership the same time as 360 users, but microsoft has a deal with activision.

PS3 ELITE members get the first drop on the 28th of this month and every drop after that is exactly 4 weeks after. PS3 elite members also get it before Xbox non elite members

Its because activision is being forced by microsoft because of a contract made before cod4 (mw1) to release content 1 month early to xbox users...good thing is that this contact is over after mw3
