When using Magi-Cut software with a network key it is always advisable to set up a nethasp.ini for each installation. This file tells the software the specific IP address of the machine hosting the key and speeds up the loading time of the software. It can also solve problems when the software does not always find the key or if there are other network keys/dongles on the network it can ensure that the correct key is used every time.
Once a nethasp.ini file has been created it needs to be placed in the program directory for all users (check the properties of any short cuts that are used to run the software for the location of this folder)
See the following link to our online help for more information http://www.magi-cut.co.uk/files/html/webhelp/mct1801.htm
