for my friends,
here youll find step by step video of a simple beer recipe..

heres what i am using for this brew:
GRAIN:
1 # flaked oats
1/2 # american 6-row
1/4 # american victory
1/4 # roasted barley
1/4 # belgian special barley
1/4 # wheat malt
1/4 # crystal 90L
1/4 # chocolate

EXTRACT:
4.6 # amber malt syrup
2 # dark dry malt extract
2 # pale malt syrup

HOPS:
1 oz cluster
1 oz tettnang

YEAST:
wyeast 1020 london ale yeast
