Show is from the late 1990's; I'm unsure of the exact date. HAARP technologies existed prior to the show, and the global elites have been stashing seeds in their Millennium Seed Bank since at least 1984. Hmmmm 1984... What other 'futuristic' gadgets exist under the ocean? NASA has quite a few space toys too. Anyway, I don't believe 'Jonathan' is a time traveler. The way he talks leads me to believe his paycheck probably comes from a black ops budget. Predictive programming to fool conspiracy theorists who automatically agree with anti-mainstream ideas. You know the people I'm talking about. Reading and research are key to leaving the flock, and true knowledge doesn't come from school or a text book.

@StrangeMountainSkies Thanks! This has to be one of my favorite Art Bell shows. A lot of info can be gleaned from the interview if you ignore the fact the government has stated on multiple occasions they WILL create a false flag alien invasion to 'bring the sheeple of Earth together'. If Jesus or ETs pop up in my neighborhood I'll be screaming PROJECT BLUBEAM through the streets lol! The technologies he speaks of are in use today, but I'm extremely skeptical about the time traveling claims.
