@trangenusa After, or during, hyperinflation situation, silver will go parabolic into the thousands. You will not be able to get your hands on it. The idea is that silver has been manipulated so long and driven down so much that, like a a balloon under water, it will pop up really fast. Yes, it will overshoot, but it will go to its true value.

Of course, since gold has been manipulated down as well, the true market value is unknown; however, both metals are greatly higherer.

Just an FYI, it costs less than 7$ an oz to mine silver. If you think silver is going to 1000$, you have replaced logic with religion. Yes the US fiat monetary system is broken but the powers that be will keep kicking the can further than you can imagine. If SHTF, they will just use the media to shift the blame and then reinvent the monetary wheel in their favor.
