Wouldn't it be easier to fill the water pan after it's assembled?

I don't like bullet because you can't get enough meat on it for a party. It's basically for a small family.

Can you cook a whole hog on it??

There's no way you fit a full bag of Royal Oak lump into the WSM. I can never do that.
