Benjamin Luxon, who performed numerous roles in Benjamin Britten's operas and created the role of "Owen Wingrave" speaks of his long association with Britten, Britten as accompanist, the English Opera Group, "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and much more. It's a very insightful interview conducted by Roger Pines at Chicago Lyric Opera in 2010.
Here is a link to my playlist with dozens of rare performances and recordings by the great Cornish baritone:

I have included several images throughout Benjamin Luxon's illustrious career. He is an artist who really loves music and all kinds of music. He communicates so well the joy of making music. May his tribe increase!
P.S. - Luxon has a very large discography and I recommend it to everyone. Of particular note is the recording of "A Mass of Life" by Frederick Delius (which is not a Mass, but a setting of lines from Nietzsche's "Also Sprach Zarathustra").
