After the ensuing kickoff, the Pioneers get the ball on the opposite 48 yard line with 25 seconds remaining. This is the end of that drive with a pass from Lewis & Clark QB Keith Welch to WR Shawn Evans scoring with 1.7 seconds left on the clock, winning the game 68-64 along with breaking the 1962 single game school record for points scored.
